「The room was clean , and the beds were pretty comfy. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was nice as well and very clean. Overall it was a good expirence, staff was friendly, and its so close to the beach ! Would definitely stay here again.」

「The breakfast bar was fantastic. Overall a pleasant stay; however, the toilet was only 12 inches high, I'm 6ft 4 in and 67 yrs old, quiet the challenge.
Be prepared to pay $20/night to park! This is the first time I have ever paid to park at a hotel where I have booked a room (you would think it would be included).」

「The first room we were in had a broken window and a broken mirror. They then moved us to another room, but there was no air conditioning, mold in the showers, and flies everywhere. The elevator was scary; it got stuck for a few seconds and made a loud noise. The staff was helpful.」

「Worst customer service ever was told I can check in at 2 Waited outside till 2 came back said we had to wait till 4 came back at 4 wasn’t ready till 5:30 on top of that I had gotten two rooms and only on was ready second was ready 30 mins later and ended up having someone walk into the room because the staff gave the same room to someone else and on top of that they tried charging me 3x the amount for two rooms instead of two payments for two nights will not be staying at this whole ever again」

「During our stay at this lodging, from July 3 to July 5, the staff was very attentive and kind. We especially want to recognize the couple in charge of the place, who always showed a warm, respectful, and very human approach toward the guests.
On July 4, our family went through an unpleasant situation at another hotel. My daughter, her husband, and their children needed a solution, but because it was a holiday weekend, it was very difficult for us to find available rooms in the Rockport area.
