「My reservation was changed due to my request for king bed to double first issue when check in. 2nd ac not working took to long to cool rm.3 toilet too low have bad knee so difficult to sit lol.4 Tub very slippery due to product available for shower gel. No anti slip strips. Parking garage minimum lighting and parking stalls strips not visible.First and last time to stay there.」

「I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place was so great I had to. Throughout our stay, the hotel manager, Demetrious, even texted us to make sure we were enjoying our visit.The staff was wonderful, the room was very clean, and everyone was incredibly friendly. We stayed from the end of May through early June, and the team made sure we were always well stocked with towels, toiletries, and anything else we needed. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

「The parking lot had trash/ food everywhere. There was a bucket of dead fish and shrimp outside our hotel room. I found a bath pouf and a dirty sock on the floor in our room. The clerk at check in was very rude. I was told my stay was non fundable and after spending almost $700 we made due. With all the possibilities for places to stay we will not be back nor would I recommend the Best western Port A anyone. The only positive thing was it was quiet.」

「Generally, our stay was okay. However, the reservation was for three people, and the room was only prepared for two. I opened the sofa bed and found that there were no sheets on it. I had to call the front desk to request them, and I had to make the bed myself. The same happened with the towels, as there were only two provided.
