We brought our family and there was no mention of the pool and restaurant being closed. This was a big reason why we chose it over other hotels as we had kids to keep busy and fed. The breakfast was sub par and they ran out before the time indicated. One star given for the room (the first room the bathroom door stuck so we were moved) the second one was nice, and one star for the 3/5 staff members we encountered who were really pleasant and knowledgeable about the area.

I reserved a king room with a sofa bed for my family for a weekend fishing trip. When I arrived we were given just a king room with no sofa bed, went to take a shower & the drain was clogged it was about to flood the bathroom. When I brought these issues to the front desk they didn’t seem to be at all concerned, all I got was attitude like I was bothering them. They switched me to an out of order room which was a double room, the only thing that was supposed to be wrong was the shower door was off track. Well the plugs didn’t work so the fridge not the microwave worked. Room service was terrible, they only gave new toiletries. They didn’t even replace towels, had to go ask for towels.
