"When we checked in we had to move to a doiuble room as the TV in the room we reserved was not working. 2 days later were were told it was fixed. It was not and we had 3 of NO TV. They staff appologized but we were stuck in a room with no TV for those 3 days. When I finally had enough, the Manager couldn't be bothered to speak with me and left it up to the desk clerk. That really left a bad taste in my mouth that I wasn't even worth his time. No discount was offered at any point."

"First off staff is great so I’ll give them that! Property does not feel safe and is very dated. Best way to describe it is land lord special. Bugs in the room. Room smelt like weed. Homeless and questionable characters roam the property. This is to be expected being close to downtown but solo female travelers especially beware if I was you I would spend alittle extra for another property! "

"They had a full-service fine dining restaurant but we didn't eat their breakfast. They had fresh coffee in the lobby. The lobby coffee was very convenient but if you wanted anything else or decaf...that's what the on-site restaurant was for. "

"Parking was great! Breakfast was good except the egg patties tasted like they were made with fake eggs…"

"The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The only complaint I have is the temperature of the room. I'm menopausal and was unable to sleep due to being unable to lower the temperature in the room."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the room was big and held our family of five beautifully. I wish they were two queen beds instead of two double beds, but it worked. The pools were fun and the food was good."
