"Our children had a reaction to the pool: their skins were red and irritated (all 3 kids). So we called them the day that we checked out to explain our concerns about their pool. The manager called and apologized for this incident. They just switched to a bromine system for water filtration and not chlorine so our kids may have reacted to that. We have been to many pools and this had not happened before. Overall the facilities were great and the check in was fast and professional and kind staff."

"Nice enough place, very nice staff. Our inside facing room was too warm and we couldnt control the temp.. The rating would be different if this heat problem wasnt the case."

"The parking was convenient as it was off season so able to utilize parking structure next door. Restaurants in the hotel were closed which was a disappointment & not told ahead of time and discovered when attempted to eat there. View from room was amazing, quiet easy access to falls and parks."

"The service is outstanding and the food/drinks quality is superior. I am always very happy with the welcome reception from the concierge. Everyone does their job so well and happily and we look forward each year to returning to Whiteoaks. The food is well prepared and the helpings are large. We love this hotel and it’s a great weekend away from home. "

"Staff for checking and checking out were very nice! Great service with the breakfast staff as well. Also had lots of options. I had a great stay. Was super easy to book and I enjoyed my time, would definitely come again."

"When we arrived we were informed the pool was closed. House keeping only available on request. Only saw one housekeepers cart one day, but there were bags of laundry piled up everywhere. Ice only available on floors 4 6 8 etc. Machines on 4 and 6 not working. Second night tv would not work. Wont go back. "
