"The hotel is very conveniently located. We booked a room with a view of the falls and the carousel, and the view was absolutely amazing. A few small downsides though. There was no body wash in the room, which felt very strange for a hotel of this level. Also, there was only one small bottle of shampoo for four people, which honestly didn’t make much sense. The breakfast is paid and very average. For almost $20, you only get one drink included, which felt a bit odd. Another thing to keep in mind is parking. When you arrive, there may be no spots available nearby, so you might have to park farther away and walk. Parking is also an additional charge, which was a little disappointing."

"Only stayed for 1 night. 1st time at that hotel. Location was perfect as we were attending a concert. Parking was a nightmare. We were told there was a $50 fee if we wanted to park in the back of the hotel. Not sure why it's so expensive to park your car but we decided to park else where for $10.00. It was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Hotel should offer free parking when paying over $300 for 1 night stay. As well, front desk lady who checked us in was going to put us on the ground level. We were disappointed. She than upgraded us to the 4th floor."

"We had an amazing stay at the Waterfront Hotel in Burlington. The location is hard to beat, right by the water with beautiful views that make the whole experience feel relaxed and refreshing. The property is surrounded by plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made dining very convenient throughout the stay. Everything we needed was close by without needing to drive around. Service was excellent from check in to check out. A special mention to Cassandra, who really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. That level of attention made a noticeable difference in our stay. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider coming back again."

"Generally clean room. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is alright. The issue is that the rooms are very dated. Or at least the one that we got. Wallpaper is bubbling up and peeling at corners. I know some rooms have been fixed already, but we got the older one."

"This hotel is so old and run down and the walls are paper thin. Despite being a family resort marketed to those with kids 12 and under there are loud teens and adults talking in the halls late at night. We were in an adjoining room and I could hear the guest next door sneeze. If you aren’t in the main building there’s no elevator. We were in 284 the shower curtain was torn at the holes. The toilet tank was offset, the flush was oddly depressed. And when you flushed the toilet it spent the next 5 minutes making refill noises. If we weren’t there for a comp we wouldn’t have stayed there. I stayed here 6-7 years ago with my niece but it has gone down hill feel like a motel not a hotel. Also, they charge high fees (not tourist/resort fee or taxes) that is not clearly explained what it is for. My child enjoyed the water park so that was the only saving grace."
