「I stayed the hotel 3 nights from July11th alone, and continual 2 nights with my friend. Total 5nights.
The room was an attic, which was not comfortable in general. But I knew it when I reserved, so it's a cost-performance matter I think. One thing I did not expect was no window which I couldnot accept.
The location was excellent just the center of town you can walk anyplace within minutes such as the ropeway station, shopping center, bus stop information office etc.

「Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...
