Snow Manor Mansion is a beautiful and incredibly comfortable home which was perfect for our 18 person stay for a wedding weekend. The check in and checkout process was super efficient and easy. Communication was outstanding with River Ridge Rentals and would highly recommend this to anyone interested in staying at Copper Mountain with a large group. Being all together in such a comfortable and nice home was incredible.

We had a wonderful stay at Snow Maker Manor! The property is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. The daily check-ins from River Ridge Rentals made it feel like resort-level service, which was so impressive.We especially loved the private movie theatre. It was such a fun and unique experience and the breathtaking views from the hot tub and patio. From morning coffee outside to relaxing evenings, everything about our stay was unforgettable.The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The location was perfect close to the village of Frisco and Copper Mountain, where we enjoyed shopping, walking, and the beautiful summer weather, yet still private and peaceful with stunning mountain views.We highly recommend this property and would love to return!

Fabulous Rendezvous

From check-in to check-out, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location and house for our 48th Winter Rendezvous (maybe one thing - that one of our group . The house is amazing and we had ample room for everyone! We especially loved the ski-in/ski-out (although if not an expert, it was a bit difficult) and having our own ski lockers! We even had a Pine Martin come visit us daily!member did not get hurt!)

An amazing property

This was a perfect place to stay we had enough room for all 14 family members. Memories to last a life time. I had issues with the theater (human error) however the young man who works for the property was extremely helpful he drove to the house to walk us through it. The customer service was amazing. We will book again.

Great family vacation

We stayed at Snow Maker Manor for a family vacation. We ranged in age from 6 months to 70. It was a great time. The home is clean and beautiful. We used all of the amenities. We spent hours on the back porch with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our grandkids watched movies in the great home theater. The activities at Copper Mountain are great fun and a walkable distance. The management company is responsive and courteous. It couldn't have been a better experience. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous location!

It was nice to have paper products provided along with dishwasher pods, soap etc. The property had everything we needed except a can opener haha. The view & location is fabulous!

Great amenities and perfect location

Perfect location great amenities awesome place to stay highly recommend. Stayed with a large group had plenty space for everyone. Easy to walk out the back door and ski down the hill as well as ski back to the house after a long day on the slopes.

Annual ski trip

We annually take a large group (16-24 people) to Colorado for a ski trip and rent a big house. Snow Maker Manor did not disappoint! We took 23 people this year and we all slept in beds, weren’t stepping on each other toes and enjoyed all the amenities (pool table, movie room, hot tub, etc).Ski in/ski out was great for such a large group and Copper Mountain is a GREAT mountain for all levels of skiers. Spectacular week, awesome house, attentive hosts in River Ridge Renrals. Truly….all fun, no disappointments.

This property is absolutely incredible! Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, property managers were very easy to get in touch with and were very accommodating. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property but needs a little help

The property is nothing short of stunning with exception of neighbors being in such close proximity. There is plenty of seating for a large group to actually spend time together. We had issues with the water and getting the theatre to work. I called/texted every day we were there to have the water fixed, which is not something you ever anticipate being an issue. The property managers sent someone out each day to get the water flowing again, but my friends and family I were pretty frustrated not being able to take showers or have water to cook and clean. I will mention that the property managers worked with me in response to these issues to make sure I paid a fair amount given the issues we encountered.

Perfect Mountain Retreat

This place is exactly as advertised. Beautiful views, clean and comfortable accommodations, easy location up the hill at Copper. Check in was seamless and property manager was responsive to a couple questions we had. Would absolutely recommend.

Family Vacation 4th of July

My family stayed in Snow Manor for the month of July. The property was actually better than we expected from the VRBO website! It was spacious and had everything we needed for the month! Management was super easy to deal with and helped us with anything we needed. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful

Snow Maker did not disappoint! This house was beautiful and big enough for our family and our dog. We have a 12 y/o dog with bad hip arthritis so the elevator was so wonderful to have. The refrigerator would turn off randomly overnight and needed service. The response from management was instant . The check out was easy. Would love to come again !

Beautiful and spacious

The property was beautiful and spacious. Loved everything about the set upnand the cleanliness was top notch. The only things that could've been better were there were a few items like shower heads that were broken upon arrival, the bed frames that creaked every little movement making it hard to sleep, and the pillows were very worn out. Sleep could've been better due to those few items.

Great location, great house for big groups

A great ski-in, ski-out house, halfway up Kokomo lift. It can be a smidge tricky to ski back to the house if you are a novice skier. The house is great, with lots of space for many people. The kitchen stuff (utensils, small appliances, glasses, etc.) is all kinda worn out, and it is time for some replacements. The ice maker is the loudest appliance ever, and the house would be immeasurably better if the ice maker was thrown away. The hot tub is also showing its age. Overall though, it is still a great 5-star house.
