「1. Upstairs smaller room windows were open. Kids suffered entire stay cold at night. In same room shower did not work nor TV. Open window is fall risk and safety concerns may lead to very dangerous conditions. There was not point that room gave us nightmare so we took turns to check on kids. 2. Other larger room same windy night open the window and closing system was not working as other room .3. The day we arrived we were tired due to mountain sickness contacted host or managment company. 「The location was convenient to everything that we had planned to do while in Colorado. The carpeting throughout the entire condo looked stained and we did't wear shoes inside during our stay. The directions to the clubhouse wasn't clear so we never able to use that area, a map would have beenvery helpful. 」
