Summary:
Welcome to our one bedroom, one bathroom condo with incredible views of the world famous Breckenridge ski resort. Located in the heart of Breckenridge above the Aurum Food & Wine restaurant, this condo is beautifully finished and located in a brand new building completed in 2018! The location is very convenient for everything Breck has to offer at any time of the year. The condo has a private balcony and is very spacious with a great layout for couples or small groups.
The Space:
This one bedroom, one bathroom condo has a great layout with lofted ceilings. The living room, dining room, and kitchen share an open space. The living room has comfortable furniture (including a sleeper sofa), a mounted flat screen TV, a desk, access to a private balcony and incredible ski resort views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal and there is a dining table with seating for three. The bedroom has a full bed and a desk and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Guests can use the laundry room, which is located next to the entrance of the condo. Please note, the condo is located above Aurum Food & Wine restaurant, but has a private entrance and stairs to the condo. The condo's location puts you right in downtown Breckenridge and includes one outdoor parking space (unassigned).
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guests will have access to the entire condo. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.
The Neighborhood:
The Historic District in Breckenridge offers access to art, music, theater, and some of the best restaurants and bars in Breckenridge. The condo is even located above Aurum Food & Wine, which is one of the finest restaurants in Breckenridge. The condo is one block from Main Street and 5 blocks from the gondola. This condo puts you in the heart of Breckenridge!
Getting Around:
The gondola is just 5 blocks away. There is a Purple Route A & B bus stop for the Breck Free Ride bus, which takes you to the gondola and different parts of town, a couple hundred feet from the condo at the intersection of Ridge Street and Washington Avenue. Uber and Lyft are available as well!
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the condo is located directly above Aurum Food & Wine, which is one of Breckenridge's top restaurants.
There is 1 parking space available in the back for guests to use.
Please note that the guests may sometimes hear noise due to trash/recycling trucks. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
