"The hotel was lovely andthe reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The location was the highlight! Tucked just behind the Nyhavn strip of restaurants and only a short walk away from some of the sights it was a great base to explore the city. The room is small as expected in the city but it was designed well and was comfortable. "

"This was the nicest hotel! On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright with lots of help friendly member of staff"

"Amazing room for myself, husband and daughter on the sofa bed. Was there for her 21st birthday and got nothing in terms of freebies for celebrating it there. Suite was superb. Nice slippers and water bottles to keep as a souvenir. In a nice quiet area but avoid Copenhagen over new year. Their fireworks start at 8am on the day and finish at 6am New Year’s Day. A bit of a rave opposite the hotel till 530 in the morning but otherwise an amazing stay."
