「Je suis vraiment déçu d’avoir payé pour 2 nuits d’avance sur expedia. Le personnel lors du check-in était incompétent et aucunement à l’écoute des besoins de leurs clients. Quality inn de Barrie c’est vraiment un endroit que je ne conseille pas à personne et surtout pas aux familles en déménagement dans le cadre de leur emploi. Le dévouement n’est pas au rendez-vous, tel qu’ils affiche en toutes lettres dans leur espace d’accueil de l’hôtel.」

I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it.
