「This was right in the center of cooperstown. Behind one of the two bars in town and across the street from the other. Tucked away off the main road no no noise. Right next to the hall of fame. Excellent location! Very clean. Mini fridge coffe set up and microwave. Off street parking. Great communication!」

「The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

「Great house for 2 families while at Cooperstown. A couple of issues that the owner addressed. The only downside and not really against the property but you cannot walk to Dreamspark so the proximity was nice but you cannot walk onto the complex.」

「Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park」

「Fantastic place! Everything as advertised. 」

「The house was well maintained, clean, convenient and newly renovated. A great experience. 」

「Before staying at this hotel I called and asked if the hot tub was working, I then made a reservation. The place sounded great, but it wasn't . I showed up and before checking in asked again is the hot tube working. I was told yes. Two hours later I found out it didn't work and hadn't for some time. The pool, kid's pool and hot tub were all filthy, with scum on their walls. The only emergency exit from the pool area, sealed closed with layers of ice. The fitness room consist of an old treadmill....

「Great location! Room was clean and well maintained. Staff interactions I had were courteous and friendly.」

「good location!」

「Nice plece of calm」

「Great location right next to the water, offering a great view on the canal side. Tons of character being a converted mill. The continental breakfast could offer more options, but it wasn't bad. The room was cool, strong water pressure in the shower, quiet heating/cooling equipment, quiet surroundings, comfy bed. Nice place.」
