"I think this may have been our host’s first time with a VRBO. He was very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. He always answered messages very quickly. However, the ad did misrepresent the accommodation. Instead of a one bedroom, two bed home with AC, we found ourselves in a partially finished basement with one bed, one working oscillating fan, and two dehumidifiers. It was basically clean, but there were definitely areas that needed to be cleaned deeper. One afternoon when one of the dehumidifiers stopped working, there was a very strong smell as well. "

"The property is well kept. It has all the amenities like a home. The only problem we had with this property is that the back sliding door is not properly secured which I brought to the attention of the home owner Mr. Mohammed. Overall we had a wonderful time staying at Cozy Corner and would stay again once the back sliding door is fixed. Thanks again for entertaining us. "

"We had a wonderful stay! Jeff was proactive with communicating and gave detailed instructions for check in and checkout. We had a few questions during our stay which were also answered promptly.The kitchen had lots of pots pans and utensils. There is a keurig and pods were fully stocked as well. The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Plenty of towels, sheets, pillows for our family of 4 adults and 4 children. There are two inflatable mattresses to use. The neighborhood is quiet which was a plus.We enjoyed our time and are looking forward to a future stay."
