「We had a beautiful room with a wonderfully spacious and luxurious bathroom. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable and had fresh linens. Breakfast was good, although we would have liked to be able to choose an egg without having to pay extra. There is ample parking, and the hotel is beautifully situated. 「I arrived at the hotel around 4 o’clock as the check-in time was then. I entered the room and there was mud all over the floor. Brown stains were on the sheets. There were poop marks all spread on the toilet. The bed was quite literally the most uncomfortable thing because there was no support in the middle. The bed frame was 2 pieces of metal that separated if you slept in the middle of the bed, which essentially made a mattress taco.」

「I travel to Ithaca often for work. My room (single king) was spacious and clean, a good table to do work. It was on the first floor, which I wasn't thrilled with. However, the desk is manned 24/7, so I felt a little better about it. There is a nature trail close by, if you're able, I recommend brining sneakers that can get muddy or hiking boots if you want to get some exercise outside of the small gym. Overall, good experience. 「The room had a musty smell. The microwave in our room did not work, but they were kind of enough to let us use the microwave in the breakfast area. We would have preferred if breakfast was included because the area did not have many dining options. The beds dip quite a bit in the middle. The pool was large and deep. It was good.」
