"Very fun hotel, great water slide! Good breakfast! Very clean rooms, and good pillows!"

"The rooms were clean, the staff was a pleasure to deal with. Lots of parking. Muffins and coffee were available in the morning. Muffins were individually packaged ones with 4 varieties to choose from. The balcony was nice for morning coffee, but the door's window glowed in the morning light. (I like it dark) The construction noise in the area wasnt too loud. Vending machine snacks and beverages on each floor. I did not need to make use of laundry facilities."

"This is a new place, not the historic manor we expected. It is located behind an abandoned church that appeared to be under renovation. There is only one restaurant nearby, just across the road, otherwise it feels to be in the middle of nowhere. In the check in instructions, it indicated that "the host will greet guests on arrival" but we found no one and had to call the number on the hotel sign on the roadside. It ended up being the restaurant across the road where we picked up the key, and the staff there were friendly, but knew no details about the accommodation. The whole experience felt very impersonal."

"Breakfasts in the restaurant were big and didn't have much of a selection and as a senior were too much for me. So breakfast included in the price of the room would have been a better idea. A ramp to to reception instead of stairs would be an improvement. If there were stairs no one told me and no help was offered to get my luggage to reception."

"The house was roomy but as a Vrbo user especially in Italy last year below is a list of issues that my family were disappointed: -charges on my visa Jun 3, we had booked for June 8 -had to call vrbo and owner for lock box code -not enough seating for 4, -island chairs were broken and put together with foot bar on back, -onsuit bathroom no windows cover, -not vacuumed bits and hair throughout, -loose kitchen tap, -the only condiment supplied was a ketchup bottle only in fridge ,-no coffee for carafe and k-pods not the right holder, -only 2 face cloths for 4 people and no dish towels, - hinge broken broken on pantry door, had to lift door and push to close, -no smoke detector in master bedroom, wires hanging from hole in ceiling. One bed had black stains on the bottom sheet and bed frame was the wrong size. I suggest that this host make a better inspection and update the home as I would not recommend this property to anyone."
