「Welcoming staff, large family room, comfortable bed, breakfast delicious. Stairs quite steep (i should have booked a room on lower floor) i didnt have any issue but felt if i had they would de addressed and dealt with effectively. Thank you for a wonderful stay over.」

「The B&B is absolutely spotless, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with (unusual for the UK) a bidet with hot and cold water. Tea and coffee maker in the room, with biscuits. No noise from the street, four small parking places in front of the hotel, very good breakfast. Highly recommended.」

「Room small unclean and breakfast buffet offering was terrible. The location and price were good but they were the only positives.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Pebble House because it was opposite the promenade and we had a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma worked hard to look after the guests and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good with shops nearby and within walking distance of Llandudno main shopping areas. Rooms were clean and we would go there again」

「Fantastic BnB in a great central location. Our triple room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quick, efficient and tasty. Owner was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend!」

「The water pressure in the third floor shower is terrible. The internet only worked half of the time. Breakfast menu is limited. The staff were kind and it is in a good location.」

「Outstanding in every way, we would definitely stay again.」

「Excellent place to stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Cosy bedroom, comfy beds. All very clean. The food was tasty. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfasts.」

「A warm welcome from our host, who was ready to share his local knowledge. We would stay again.」

「David and Elvira are fantastic hosts who ensure that your stay is very personal. The room we stayed in was very clean and perfect and had everything that we needed e.g tea, coffee and luxury bath products. The breakfast was excellent - couldn't eat everything as the portions were so large. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back!」

「It is located in a quiet and very beautiful part of the country. A perfect place to relax for a few days.」

「Great base for walking the Llanberis path up Snowden. The hosts were extremely welcoming, warm, and knowledgable about the local area. A selection of teas and coffee are available in the lounge area which felt much needed after the climb! Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend :)」
