Relax in this newly renovated Midtown home, accommodating up to 8 guests with a king bed, two full beds, and a sofa bed. Located near Columbus attractions like Lake Bottom Park (5 min), Columbus Botanical Gardens, Coca-Cola Space Science Center, downtown (10 min), and Fort Moore (15 min). Enjoy peaceful evenings on the porch or explore Midtown’s 18 historic neighborhoods. We've included both professional and real-time photos from our cleaning team for transparency.

The Space:
Main access to the home is through the front porch, which opens into the living room. The cozy large living area with a Roku TV, pull out queen sleeper sofa, and additional seating. Off the living room is access to the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and dining table with room for 6. The hallway on the right of the living room leads to the full bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds and a desk. In the backyard, you will find a BBQ grill available for outdoor use.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the serene residential neighborhood of Historic Midtown Columbus, we are conveniently located just 2.5 miles from Downtown Columbus with easy access to major highways and interstates. Within a short distance, you'll find Lake Bottom Park, The Bradley Center Hospital, and Columbus High School. The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests privacy and contact-free check-in, so we offer check-in with a digital door code prior to arrival. Just know that we are a quick phone call away if ever the need arises
