アトランタの中心部にある立地の良いホテル。施設が古いため清潔感には欠ける。まあこの価格ならしょうがないと諦めがつきます。朝食が無料ですが内容は充実しています。スタッフもフレンドリーで良かったです。

The Indian Restaurant across the street had amazing food. There was also a diner down the street with hood food. The daily breakfast at Barclay was a good way to start the day. The beds were comfortable. I liked that many places I wanted to go were walking distance

Quite good, for a short period of time. It is in the downtown, close to the MARTA, restaurant. But the hotel is like an old building, and not really big. At first it is smelly, the room, but the staff able to tackle this issue by offering us a different room.

Listing said 2 queens- they were double beds and small- room is way smaller than pics. It was dirty- there was grime and dust on many surface areas. The beds are not comfortable. There is no working thermostat in the room to adjust the temp- it was SO HOT- 90 degrees outside and in the 7th floor room, the elevator and enclosed area between front lobby and elevator the temps were WELL above 80. I called to ask them to lower the temp- they refused (said they couldn’t). Breakfast was worse than school slop- watery eggs, coagulated gravy, no healthy options at all. The waffle maker was a mess so I didn’t bother with it. There’s NO microwave or mini fridge in the rooms- so staying more than one night is ridiculous. The ONLY microwave is BEHIND the front desk on the main floor though TWO locked doors and a front desk person has to be there to let you in to use it. Which means a ride from 7 floors up on an 80+ degree elevator x2 that is older than my grandparents and feels like something out of a scary amusement park ride. It also REEKED of we’d both in the elevator and immediately outside the front door of the hotel- where their own employees were sitting under the dropoff circle mere feet from the door. Personally I could care less what they do- but doing it on the job- it’s unprofessional. Then the hair dryer didn’t work- we tried new plugs before calling the desk- a new person answered and irritatedly informed me there’s no replacement and did nothing. Again. 0/10 for this place

TBH the property is outdated. But my stay was actually very relaxing. To start the staff is amazing and very helpful. I really enjoyed the bed and shower was really hot just like I like it. Had no issue with water pressure but did have to clean the shower because I saw a small piece of hair in it (I always clean my room before use regardless of how clean it may be). Parking was secure and easy. I didn’t eat breakfast but was a nice option to have.

The hotel was just old and ran down. It smells so bad. The first room we went in smelled like pee and mildew and she offered us a balcony room which the balcony’s window was taped shut for a window unit. I mean the room was somewhat clean the housekeepers are doing their best, but the smell was awful. And the carpet is so dirty. I would probably never stay here again. The staff at the front desk will answer text messages before they even look at you and coming to the desk with your boyfriend on speaker I mean I work for a hotel and this just wasn’t it.

Housekeeping was short-staffed, so was slow in turning over rooms which backed up check-in for lots of folks. A/C hardly worked, barely kept room somewhat bearable. Only stayed for one night, was fine for what it was but definitely has issues that need to be resolved.

The pictures of this hotel on Expedia are not accurate or up to date, in reality, the property looks significantly more run-down. One of the biggest issues we faced was the lack of working central AC, which was not disclosed anywhere prior to our arrival. In the middle of a hot Atlanta summer, the “temporary solution” provided .small portable fans and AC units, was simply not enough. The first room we were given was unbearably hot. Even with the small AC unit on, it didn’t cool at all, and by 10 p.m., it was still too uncomfortable to stay in. Thankfully, Chasta at the front desk (shoutout to her!) was incredibly kind and helpful. She moved us to a different room with a better AC setup, and we really appreciated her going the extra mile. That said, overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The elevator felt sketchy and stopped randomly, the hallways and common areas were dirty, and the entire place does not reflect the quality shown in the online images. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, but decent. If you’re looking for comfort and transparency, especially during the summer, this might not be the right place.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was hot. No A/C in the elevator - should be illegal lol. My room had a portable a/c unit which kept it relatively cool. Couldn’t walk into the balcony bc it was blocked off from the a/c portable unit. If you need a cheap hotel for a one night stay, then this is your place. Unfortunately, doesn’t meet my needs.

It was a good experience. On the older side and while the air conditioning did work, it was not spectacular. It was quiet and staff were helpful. If we come back to Atalanta we’ll definitely stay here again.
