「We had a wonderful night’s stay at the basecamp. The views, the atmosphere and the set-up were top-notch. The birthday greeting card was a nice surprise too! I commend the staff and their dedication to make our stay memorable even for one night—we wished we could’ve stayed for longer. One suggestion would be to have a limit to the time each customer can stay and use the hot tub area as, sadly, we weren’t able to enjoy during our stay (which would’ve made our day even more special, as we have...

「We just stayed the night but it was a great experience. Staff was super helpful with all our questions! Pool and hot tub were lovely and so warm. Even in November the kids had a great time splashing outside. Warming up in the sauna was even better. Having food options until 10 was fantastic」

「Room was clean, yummy breakfast!」

「Not well maintained. Had to change rooms twice and then eventually decided to stay at nearby Holiday Inn.」

「Madi at the front desk was a great help upon our arrival. Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. She also was easy to get ahold when needed. The site was beautiful and we enjoyed the amenities and location.」

「The property was amazing and definitely felt more 5 star than 3 star. Impeccably furnished in an utterly delightful style. We would highly recommend」

「They were very helpful and loved my big boy Cledus - my dog... They kept giving hm cookies everytime we went past the desk. He loved that! I chose the hotel because they are pet friendly and it worked out great for us. Good comfy room where I could set up his kennel without an issue.」

「The hotel is located beside the river and a walking path which was the view from our window. It was lovely. The breakfast was hot and yummy. In addition we could open our window and allow in a bit of fresh mountain air which is great for smell sensitive people.」

「Amazing location along the Kicking Horse River and in great proximity to restaurants and pubs.」
