「The property itself is a little off the beaten track and set in some beautiful countryside. The stable rooms in which I stayed are big, clean well equipped,oder and comfortable. Although there is no onsite catering for evening meals they have a kitchen for reheating your own stuff (microwave) and a large breakfast room in which you can eat takeaways. 「Stay in a working monastery! The buildings and extensive grounds are superb. The grounds and gardens are well tended, and make for an extremely pleasant stroll. The place oozes character and makes a memorable visit. All this on the outskirts of Huddersfield. The rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast is only "continental", offering cereals, muesli, yoghurt, plenty of fresh bread for toast and lots of strong filter coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming.」
