This was a nice size apartment very well located in the Old Town area. We took the free tourist bus from the train station and there was a stop about a 5 min walk to the accomodation. (Also a 10 EU uber ride to the station) A photo on Expedia shows a view of a creek but this is not right at the location- the apartment is very near the river. It was great having a kitchentte and lounge area and pretty views out the windows. The pillows on the bed were pretty poor. The owner says these are the ones recommended by the national tourist body, but they were pretty flat. (To be fair, we had the same pillows in Paris) We had to put pillow cases on a couple of the couch cushions. The towels seemed as though they were hung to dry because they were kinda rough. This apartment is on the top of a three story building without and elevator so we were doing a lot of stair climbing. The bathroom sink was slow draining and the whole place could use a good dusting. All in all we had a postive experience at this place, and I would say it's good value for the money.

This apartment has a great location. It’s a historic building and has a sufficient kitchen. The shower is nice for tall people, which was something that was helpful for us. It is located three flights up a wooden staircase. The staircase is poorly lit so at night it can be difficult to navigate without a flashlight. The building is located just off of the free electric tram, however it’s difficult to see the building number as it’s placed in the doorway and the rest of the numbers on the block are placed on the face of the building.The owner has mentioned this is an investment. We were supplied with one roll of toilet paper and requested the location of more supplies in the apartment. The owner said that one role of toilet tissue was what the rules say should be supplied by the host. I’ve never seen this before with supplies for a VRBO or Airbnb. The host stated this is an investment for her and she is not at the property. I had some questions for the host. She would reply promptly however, refused to translate any of her messages into English prior to responding. Our Wi-Fi and cell was slow so sometimes the translation was difficult for us to do. It would’ve been nice if she put her messages in French and then would follow with English. Most of the people in the Petite Venice speak English and some only French but each person I met always tried their best to communicate. The town is friendly, clean and really a beautiful place to visit.

Highly recommended accommodation

We stayed there for 3 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Accommodation with all needs covered and right in the centre of Colmar! The owners were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Best location in Colmar!

Nice clean apartment in the best area of Little Venise, Colmar. The Christmas markets are at your doorstep. The hosts were very kind! Merci!

Charming and cozy

We had a wonderful stay in Colmar. The apartment is located at the perfect spot to explore Colmar. It offered books and games for adults and children and was clean and cozy. We will come back again!

It's a very nice apartment but unfortunately there were two big problems. First, being situated on the 3rd floor, it was stifilingly hot and the ventalator fans provided were highly insufficient. Secondly, as a result of tghe heat we were obliged to sleep with the windows open at night but then the loud noises of people talking & laughing from the street below was almost non-stop. On saturday night, it woke us up at 03h00 in the morning !

Die Lage ist wirklich optimal und zentral. Man kann alles, was Colmar an besonderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten hat, zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Das Bad ist modern, die Küche verfügt über eine gute Einrichtung und das Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind wie beschrieben.Die Info, dass man 60 Treppenstufen vor sich hat, hat mir bei der Beschreibung gefehlt.Außerdem war die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet, jedoch gab es keine Möglichkeit mitgebrachte Lebensmittel irgendwo unterzubringen (außer im Kühlschrank).Ein Tipp wäre noch, dass es zum kleinen Parkplatz nebenan der meistens belegt war und außerdem für 24 Stunden sehr teuer ist, eine Alternative gibt: in 700 m Entfernung gibt es ein Parkhaus (Rue St. Josse),wo man tatsächlich nur 3 Euro für 24 Stunden bezahlt.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und werden die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter empfehlen mit der Bitte, meine genannten Infos in die Beschreibung mit einzubauen.Sabine

Muy bonito el apartamento y si vas con niños hay muchos juegos y libros para colorear que Nadir y Antonia les tienen preparados.Las vistas muy bonitas,limpio,acogedor y en la petit venice!!!justo debajo con un mercadillo navideño precioso!!Para mejorar diría que las sábanas y edredones del sofá cama,y las toallas que olían mucho a humedad y estaban algo viejas.
