"The hotel was fine, but that's not why I'm writing this review. The hotel was full, due to a nearby wildfire and the influx of firefighters to help out. When we got to the room in the late afternoon, it appeared to have been cleaned but the beds hadn't been made. A maintenance man was in the hallway and we mentioned it to him. Long story short, the maid had left unexpectedly, but the maintenance man and the front desk clerk dropped what they were doing and made up the beds. Outstanding customer service, thank you!"

"The cabin was perfect for five families with many young children to enjoy a summer weekend mountain lake trip. The place was spacious, with lots of different areas to gather and make memories; didn't feel cramped at all.Kitchen had full set of pots, pans, serving platters, cooking utensils, knives/cutting boards, and more than enough silverware/dishware to serve the wonderful BBQ and snacks through our trip. Two fridges help to store food, but bring your own ice if you anticipate needing it.Backyard was roomy enough to fit all of us for an evening BBQ after the lake.Bedrooms had ample supplies for towels and blankets for our large group, and each room had fans/coolers to keep the space cool at night.Parking is cozy, but it did fit a Sienna, Highlander, Prius, Rav4, and an RDX. There is enough space to allow all vehicles to back in to make leaving easier and not be on the driveway incline.Distance to Pinecrest lake was perfect at 10 minutes to help getting to the lake early, and Darlene was great at answering questions."

"We stayed as a large group with more than 10 families and had a great time. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a large group.The property was clean and host was very responsive to our requests during the stay and came over to help with the hot tub and also gave a blood pressure monitor when someone in our group had a medical situation. We used the pool, hot tub, Blackstone griddle and all were in great shape and ready for use.Would recommend for large groups. Note that the bathroom in the game barn is detached from the barn itself and accessible only from outside."
