Excellent location with newly rennovated rooms. Enjoyed the hot tub! The baren walls, dusty furniture, and harsh lighting made it feel like a motel. It would be much improved if those things could be addressed.

Clean and comfortable overall. The room was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and dining table, which was very convenient. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The front desk staff did their best to remind guests not to park directly outside the rooms, although some still did. Perhaps having a few cones or clearer signs might help. I could hear some guests chatting outside the room in the early hours of the morning, which was a little disruptive. Otherwise, a pleasant stay overall!

The motel served us well for an overnight stay for a fishing trip. The room was clean and had all the amenities expected in a good motel. There never was anybody at the reception desk but when we called the provided number somebody answer our questions or showed up at the desk at a reasonable time. Altogether it was a good experience.

Favorite place to stay when fishing and exploring the sierra. Shortens the drive to the mountains a ton, but many helpful conveniences that one doesn’t have while car camping/etc
