In addition, the street in front of the condo in the only way tourist buses and delivery trucks and vans can have access to Grand Sirenis resort. "Staff was great. Room was good. The trip was good. Hauling suitcases up three floors was not pleasant. Three flights a few times a day was too many. When we arrived the water heater was broken and the television inoperable. The unit seemed unattended. The empty and unheated jacuzzi isn’t viable, water flow so slow. It was a clean place with good beds and the air conditioning worked well. The people were great and answered our concerns quickly. The place had some faults. "

"Loved every thing! Beautiful resort, nice dining options. Great staff! My only complaint is about the actual room: The rooms could use a bit of updating. It would also be nice to have one room with two queen beds. I travel often with my adult son. The options are twin beds or a king bed with a couch bed. The couch bed was terrible, did not open and sub par for such a wonderful resort. Even so, I would go again! Everything else is wonderful. "

Kids club should make an effort to keep the kids busy and parents free, there are several rules and they call you whenever something is off with the kids, we couldn't enjoy a (well paid) spa moment because we had our phone buzzing. In general the staff is kind, but they approach their rules without context making things more complicated/frustrating than they supposed to be. The app is a disaster."
