"Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. "

"Full week with our three grown kids, their spouses, and four granddaughters... The property was amazing, interior, exterior, pool and beach! The staff was outstanding from breakfast through dinner including mid-day Margaritas for the adults and smoothies for the kids. The owner, Barbara, was incredibly helpful with advice for transport for 11 of us from and back to the airport and excursions. Within a couple of days of arrival we were all trying to figure out how and when we could repeat."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The weather wasn’t on our side but the area has a lot to offer. We visited numerous Cenotes so it was fun to swim/snorkel in them. We explored the Tulum ruins - so much bigger than I would have imagined. Great restaurants are nearby but we also used the grill and relaxed. Jacob is an amazing host, we enjoyed his visits and loved seeing Tina 🐶. Thanks for sharing the casita with us."

"We were a group of 9 people, 4 adults and 5 kids and the property worked out great. It is in a safe area, close to several restaurants. We went to La Buena Vida 5 times and also really enjoyed a dinner at the Taverna. Also visited the Turtle Cafe several times. Highly recommend all 3 of them. Manuel was very helpful, he prepared breakfast and cooked a delicious dinner for us. He also helped us with arrangements for a day trip to Tilum and the cenotes. The kids played in the sand volleyball...
