「Desk personnel were very nice. First room smelled overwhelming of disinfectant followed by a cat pee smell all night. Second room smelled of disinfectant unpleasantly strong. Rooms were old and not well maintained-faucet was moving in one room and shelving was crooked. Hangers were rusty. Breakfast was a bagel. Juice dispenser was broken, decaf coffee dispenser was broken, no protein choices. For over $200 per night I expected more.」

I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better .」
