「Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed.」

「"Terrible experience—don't waste your time or money. They double-booked and canceled my reservation without informing me until the day of my arrival. They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund. Ridiculous!"」

「 Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. 」

「Our family absolutely loved staying here! It was the best mini vacation. The host and her husband were fantastic people and the apartment was superb. The town was closed down for the season, which was perfectly fine with us. The General Store on the corner was the second best part of our stay. It had the best coffee & fresh picked flowers. We took a brisk walk in the morning around the marina, and surrounding neighborhood. Everyone was warm and welcoming, we will be coming back during the summer...
