「Hotel is beautiful and the superior room was stunning, the decor, the bathroom is luxurious and the hotel made us a little Congratulations chocolate platter and card for our recent wedding which was a lovely touch. There was only one problem which was the heated towel rail in bathroom was so hot I burnt my arm, I did inform reception as needs to be attended. The spa is so lovely too, I had an Indian head massage which was very relaxing. All staff were lovely although I would say I would choose...

「（コンウィ自体が小さい街ということもあり，）コンウィ駅から徒歩２，３分で，海岸（イギリスで一番小さい家）も近い。 ホテル内のパブ兼レストランの料理も値段は高めではあるが，それなりに美味しかった。近くにはバゲットの美味しいお肉屋さんや，小さな（テスコ等の大手ではない）スーパーもある。 部屋はそれ程広くないが，清潔であった。バスルームはやや古い印象を受けたが，お湯の温度の調節もでき，イギリスのホテルとしては及第点のレベルだと思う。冷蔵庫はない。 これはホテル自体の問題ではないが，建物の裏手に教会があり，その教会の鐘が深夜であろうとお構いなく１時間ごとに大きな音で鳴るので，その点が残念だった。」

「I was meeting up with some friends in Llandudno and picked this hotel as it's dog friendly. My room was basic but very clean and comfortable. I had the bonus of a seaview too. The check in lady was very friendly as was lady next morning when I checked out. I was meeting my friends for breakfast so I can't comment on it but it smelled good! 」
