We loved the fact that Grand Central Terminal was right downstairs which allowed us to shop and eat breakfast and lunch. We had a late flight so we inquired about a late checkout which was given to us complementary. This hotel will definitely be my go to stay when visiting NYC! "

"Very tight rooms, even smaller bathroom. The shower didn’t drain well and I had to cut my shower short because it was starting to spill out onto the floor. Location was nice for visiting Lincoln Center and it was fairly quiet. Staff was friendly, but the hotel could use a little work."

On one of the calls I was told by maitnenance it was too close to the end of their shift so it was not their problem... The radiator heat however would not turn off leaving the room a balmy 80 degrees the whole trip. "
