「We absolutely loved this hotel! We drove in to Krakow in the late afternoon and found the driving in the old city area pretty challenging. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and helped us get our car parked and took out all of the stress with trying to navigate the streets on our own. 「Skulle have en ekstra overnatning og måtte derfor skifte hotel. Til vores held fik vi et værelse her og det er absolut ikke sidste gang. Sødeste betjening og helt igennem skønt hotel. Masser af plads og flotte omgivelser. Tæt på alt. Dog er sovesofaen elendig og knager hver gang man vender sig, så ungerne sov ikke så godt. 」
