Julia was amazing! The day before my arrival she contacted me to confirm arrival time. She was very attentive. The location is very central and in a good area with everything no more than 20 minutes away walking. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Fab location and Julia was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful.
Nice hot shower with great pressure. Room was beautiful and everything we needed there. Bed was very, very comfortable! Very clean.
Beautiful place in a great location - fantastic value for money. The couple who owned were very welcoming and allowed us to keep the room up to 4pm, to store backs etc. before returning home.
Barbara and her staff were a great help! The room was fantastic, a historical setup with wood beam ceilings, comfortable furniture, historical photos on the walls, a 4 clawfoot bathtub and separate modern shower . I enjoyed my stay and will go back!!
The location was perfect. The owner Elisabeth and Barbara were very kind and did everything for us. I stayed with my kids and my mom and we had the best experience.
Absolutely perfect in every way. This property is close to the center of Old Town but still on the periphery where it’s easy to catch an Uber or for tour pickups etc. Our host was Julia and she was great, very responsive to texts and emails. Our apartment was very well appointed and decorated in every nook and cranny. It really felt like you were in an apartment and not just a hotel room. It was very charming and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and the shower had good hot water and excellent water pressure (not the case in our other hotels on this trip). Krakow is a beautiful city and we loved our time here!
Beautiful in every way we absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was very clean, decor was very fitting to the area and history of the city. Location is minutes from the square and 5 mins from the train station where we got the train from the airport. Staff very friendly and the restaurant below in the cellar looks amazing. We didn’t have chance to go. Would highly recommend!
We loved our stay here. It was very close to the train station and we were able to walk to it. Very close to the main city centre with majority of attractions. The Portuguese coffee shop across it has the most delicious treats and everything is home made. The shower was the highlight with the hottest water that was able to clean our family of 4 without running out.I wish the mattress on the main bed was not so run down, this would be the only reason for the 4 stars. We were allowed to check in early which was great as we had arrived on an overnight train and needed to shower before heading out to sightsee. The concierge is mostly virtual as FYI.
We stayed in the 1930's apartment. it was spacious and comforable and very well equipped for most necessities that may occur when in self catering accommodation.
Very quiet, with only the occasional sound of guests in the garden of a neighbouring restaurant. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony to eat breakfact and enjoy the pleasant view. Lots swallows darting around - which seems a characteristic of Krakow generally - and which we enjoyed.
We stayed one week and the bedding was changed once - though the kitchen and bathroom were cleaned every other day and the bins emptied.
Excellently located in the Old Town, but also within easy reach of Planty Park - which is like a pleasant walking 'ring road'around the old town, and also the train and coach station if required for day trips.
We found it difficult to work the TV. The owner could usefully provide instructions to make this easier for those who enjoy to watch some TV in the evening, as we do.
Excellent
We wanted a room with character, a balcony, kitchen, and soaking tub and this delivered. Staff was kind and accommodating. This apartment style spot added old world style to our Krakow visit. We enjoyed being able to relax when not touring the city and salt mine
We were met by Julia at the reception desk. She was very helpful. The apartment is beautiful! No expense has been spared to decorate it with gorgeous antique furniture. Krokow main square is a few minutes walk. If you open the windows the room is filled with the noise of people enjoying life and the horses clip clop by. Close the windows and you hear nothing from the street. I highly recommend this place.
Wow, the place was fantastic! Beds were so comfortable and the showers were amazing! Just as pictured. I would strongly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!
Such a beautiful place we loved it and the owner and everyone else was super nice. We were on the first floor so it was convenient especially with our 9 month old daughter. We definitely recommend this place. Close walk to everything.
⭐⭐⭐☆☆ – Spacious and Convenient, but Some Frustrations
The hotel was very spacious, with a nice kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. Location was excellent—close to the train and within walking distance of the city center. Staff were great, and the place was overall clean.
However, there were a few disappointments. The shower was frustrating—the showerhead kept slipping down so you couldn’t keep it up to wash your hair, and the hot water ran out after the first person showered. Beds were okay but not the most comfortable.
Be aware that some of Expedia’s listed amenities were inaccurate. The listing claimed there was a washer and dryer in the room—there wasn’t. Instead, you have to pay 25 PLN for 10 kg of laundry, which was returned very wrinkled and required ironing. The listing also mentioned airport transportation, but no such service was provided; you’ll need to arrange your own Uber or taxi.
Overall, a clean and spacious stay in a great location, but with some misleading amenities and minor comfort issues that took away from the experience.
Wonderful, spacious townhouse with plenty of character and brilliant location.
We had a brilliant stay with excellent service, here are a few tips and pointers that will help you.
The reception is NOT manned, we were made aware of this several times in advance of our stay and they rang us on the day to arrange a time for them to be there and great us. Barbara was absolutely excellent, super friendly and spoke excellent English. She was available by phone throughout the stay if we needed her, although everything was so good that we didn't need to use her services further.
If you need to park the car, they had an arrangement with a local parking area which was manned. Note this this is easy to drive past so please see the picture I've enclosed. You need to drive through the archway into the car park. The archway is tight. We got a big car through it, but there wasn't much room either side. The lady i the car park speaks little English, but we were able to communicate with her.
The balcony is nice, but doesn't overlook anything very pretty so we didn't use it.
The cooking area is good and well stocked for cooking items, however although there was a coffee machine, make sure you get some coffee and milk as this isn't provided.
The location is fantastic, 2 minutes to the main square but in a quiet area.
Good local restaurant, we particularly recommend Domowe Przysmaki 20 yards away with good service, good prices and traditional food.
