「Booked a 1 night stay for myself and Husband. Booked a double bed 1 room ensuite. Got in there and it was a single bed, the carpet was full of large Circular dark stains. And black patches. And the bathroom/toilet, was down three flights of stairs, to accomodate 8 rooms. Went and Complained at reception, who rang the owner, she was told we only booked a single, yeah, right, come on he's 6 foot 2. Showed reception the booking conformation. The boss said there were no other rooms. Two other...

「Great location and well kept hotel. We stayed in a medium sea view room and had a great stay. The customer service was also very good. The only thing I would skip next time is the breakfast as it wasn’t to our liking. Will happily stay again. Parking is limited and very tight!」

「I think the hotel is either new or newly run as they seem to be finding their feet. Check-in was 3pm to 4pm and when I called to say I might be around 6:30, I was told "it's only hour and a half from Manchester" and "there might not be anyone here after 5pm". It felt a bit abrupt in all honesty but when I arrived around 5:30 (Friday school holiday traffic), they were pleasant enough. Breakfast starts at 10:30 to 11:30 which is very late and checkout is 10am. Weird timings, hence my theory they...

「Rebecca is a fantastic host made us feel very welcomed and accommodating. The twin room was lovely and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was excellent, local produce and top quality, great service and really enjoyed it. Free parking was great. Close by South beachfront with up to 15min walk to beach. Definitely recommend and looking forward to booking again soon.」

「Had a very nice stay here. It is the first time we stayed. We had a larger room. It was very clean & newly decorated, such a bonus. For the price it was excellent, would recommend it. Staff were friendly. It was a good location for the town. Meals available, we did not use the these facilities, so carn't comment. We would stay here again. 」
