"浴槽で汚水の流れが非常に悪く、フロントに修理を依頼しなければならなかった。 シャワーの水圧が非常に弱い。 室内Safty Box（金庫）が故障していた。フロントに修理依頼したが、無視され、使用出来ないまま過ごした。 body soapが充分に補充されてなく、最終日の朝はシャワーが出来なかった。 ベッドサイドにある時計も故障、使用出来なかった。 これまで宿泊したHiltonの中で、朝食のメニューが最も貧弱であった。 隣室で女性3人が大音量で音楽をかけ続け、大声で騒ぎ、ものすごい物音をたてる。午前 1時頃フロントに抗議するも、隣人の迷惑行為はしばらくやまず、2時間程度しか眠れなかった。 WAS滞在の場合は、他のホテルを強く薦める。"

"Fantastic location and high-tech vibes, but a few minor drawbacks. The location is absolutely superb. It’s within easy walking distance to NASA Headquarters and the Smithsonian museums—perfect for exploring the city. The room is very modern, and I loved being able to control everything via the tablet. It’s also a nice bonus that the room comes with a small refrigerator, which isn't always a given in these types of hotels. However, there were two small issues. The water pressure in the shower was a bit disappointing, and the heating didn't quite keep the room as warm as I would have liked—it felt a little chilly at times. Overall, it’s a great, convenient place to stay, but I hope they can look into the shower and heating."
