"Fantastic view from our room and easily walkable to shops and cafes.
The hotel buildings are old and a bit tired but the welcome is warm and the food is great."
"We had a few of issues to begin with which were sorted out quickly and efficiently, a front room which was changed to a back room, a TV remote that wasn't working (they changed the batteries) and a cloudy lager that was exchanged with no quibbles. The bedroom was generally ok, but would have benefitted with brighter bedside lighting and the mould in the en-suite ceiling needs sorting, the remainder of the en-suite was very clean.

"We stayed in the Indigo for a couple of days for a little getaway. It was extremely convenient and served our needs very well. The staff were extremely helpful and we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Cardiff. "
"The hotel was in a brilliant location and very reasonably priced. Uniquely decorated and full of history, but also practical. The stand out feature however was how helpful, friendly and professional the staff were, from the receptionists, the manager in charge of the restaurant, and the cleaning staff.
