「Room and bathroom small. Bed was ok but needed more pillows and front desk said there were no extras!🙄 Door deadbolt was cranky and didn’t work properly when leaving the room. Wallpaper dated and needs replacing. Curtain needed repair」

「I would have given five stars but the on site restaurants are what held me back. For the price & what we got was hard to justify but understand we’re probably paying for convenience. Staff were amazing all over the resort & it was beyond clean. They went out of their way to make sure my daughter had a memorable bday by sending up some balloons & a mini cake with a card. Again a 5 would have been hit if the food matched the level of the rest of the resort.」

「The staff was very nice.」

「This hotel is on the older side. Free parking. The mattress on the bed needed to be turned. Everything is just a little big grubby and sticky. The place needs a complete refresh.」

「I'll start with when we checked in, the key fobs were not working so an individual employee had to walk each individual to their room. (Which was very very nice but a little uneasy feeling) The lobby and gathering area was nice and clean. The room was horrible. It smelled like mildew and crap. It was damp feeling in the room the entire stay. The windows were so dirty you could barely see thru them. Will not be staying there again.」

「The staff were incredibly kind. It was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling. I would love to come back here again someday. I will definitely stay here whenever I come to Dallas/Fort Worth. I would recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you so much!」

「Friendly staff, room was great」
