Comfortable

The home was as advertised in pictures however to say “BrandNew” is a little misleading as the wear is visible. Beds & furniture were Comfortable, Air worked GREAT. I appreciated the security cameras as I was a single gal traveling with young kids. Only heard racing on my last night which was a Sunday & it only lasted til about 10 I think. Over all was a good stay, now to the not so great things mind you non of these things would keep me from staying again. 1: there was no blinds on the back door & there is a camera on the back porch pointing to the back door. 2: Floors down stairs were very dirty so much that I had to wash my bare feet each night before getting into bed. 3rd: There were no hot hands in the kitchen to use for the oven which I used a few times during my stay. Again non of those issues would prevent me from staying again or do I think take away from the host unless he has been told about the housekeeping, I can’t say if he has or hasn’t but for me it wasn’t enough to mention, I just mopped the floors myself with the supplied cleaning supplies. Communication was very good & I was checked on a couple times.

BEWARE Loud racetrack across the street from home

The home is clean and has everything you need, except for quietness, if you stay on a Friday or Saturday. There was no indication on the listing about the home being across from the raceway with the extremely loud roaring of car engines. The VRBO listing is now updated about the raceway. After a long stressful drive we just wanted to relax but could not due to the extremely loud noise level. We had to wait until midnight to go to sleep. Would have never stayed if I had known about the racetrack.

Perfect overnight stay!

This house was perfect for a family. It’s located in a wonderful neighborhood and the house is very nice. The host was extremely responsive and great at communication. We would definitely come back again!

Great town just outside of Nashville. Clarksville has old and new things to see. The house is tuck in the foot hills not far from the Tennessee River.

10/10 property to host birthday/family gatherings.

Hosted my own personal birthday party and it was a very spacious and nice neighborhood. Contact between the host was professional and entry was seamless. 10/10 hosting again for my friend’s birthday party highly recommend.

Passing thru

We were passing thru, stopped to visit family. Finding the house in the dark was not easy. Was given wrong house number which made it difficult. Overall the house was clean and perfect.

Nice place

Being we were there from Pennsylvania for a wedding and being the groom's parents, we needed a central place for family traveling to the area to meet up. The recliners seemed to be very popular for myself and family who after driving many hours needed to collapse :) Wish we had more time to explore the area, as TN seems to be the state I want to retire too in a few years, but we will be visiting the area again to explore in a few months.
