"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "Locations great I booked through Expedia thinking it was an hotel it’s not. Bathroom micro cannot even fit for a shower which is ultra small next to the toilet and I am normal person bigger people will not fit. Photos look good as it could give you a different prospect. No parking spots etc. It was an experience to assure not to do Bnb as this is the second time photos taken show superior aspects."
