The property has a great location and great amenities, we loved the SPA. I have to praise the staff, everyone was exceptionally welcoming and kind! Jelena went above and beyond to make sure we had the most comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Everything was spotlessly clean and the hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were kind, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The amenities were all great, including the gym, padel courts and pool. The gym has fantastic treadmills and an impressive selection of weight machines if that’s your thing. My only suggestion would be to have a few better quality yoga mats for stretching and Pilates. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. We also enjoyed the thermal bath experience on the day when the weather wasn’t great. It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and a great setting. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily come back.

We had a great stay at Chapter Chianti Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, which was especially appreciated during the summer heat. The resort has really nice amenities and was very peaceful and quiet. It never felt crowded, which made it a relaxing place to stay and enjoy Chianti. We drove from Florence and it took us about an hour, so it was an easy trip and a great escape from the city. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Chapter Chianti Resort if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay in the Chianti area!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Chapter Chianti and was very impressed by the whole experience. Although the resort is brand new, having opened only in July 2026, it already feels like a very special place and it completely lived up to my expectations. The stay was relaxing and enjoyable from beginning to end. The breakfast deserves a special mention: it was delicious, fresh and offered a great variety of options. What makes the experience even more special is the setting. The Tuscan countryside in summer is absolutely beautiful and almost magical, with a sense of peace and tranquillity that makes it very easy to completely disconnect and relax. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing moments both at the spa and by the outdoor pool. Finally, the entire staff was consistently kind, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, which made us feel very well looked after. Overall, Chapter Chianti is a beautiful retreat and I would happily return.

🇬🇧 English Chapter Hills is a beautiful property that clearly aims to offer a refined and sophisticated Tuscan experience. The rooms are full of character, staying true to the charm of traditional Tuscan stone buildings, with lovely architectural details and a warm atmosphere. The bathrooms are modern, spotless, and well maintained, and housekeeping is excellent throughout the stay. The real highlight, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and professional, making us feel valued from arrival to departure. Unfortunately, the pricing does not reflect the overall experience. The hotel charges rates comparable to a luxury five-star property, but the facilities and services do not consistently reach that standard. The spa pricing is particularly difficult to justify, with a basic facial treatment starting at €220, which feels excessive. Food and drinks are also significantly overpriced, and while the presentation is good, the quality does not match the premium prices being charged. Overall, Chapter Hills is a charming place with wonderful staff and authentic Tuscan character. Chapter Chianti is beautiful grounds but still a work in progress. They are literally still making additions and upgrades. The team is new and everyone tries really hard but they are still ironing out their efficiencies. The manager is responsive and receptive to feedback. Definitely do not book the most basic room. You will need a rental car as the area is remote and there is no practical car service. Cabs to and from anywhere range €500-800. Hopefully with time and support from their leadership, they will get to excellent service to match the gorgeous surroundings. For now, the pricing seems a little mis matched to the total experience so you’re really paying for the property views.

Helt nytt/nyåpning. Veldig hyggelige ansatte på alle nivå som bare ville gjøre sitt beste. Tok imot tilbakemeldinger og løste ting fort. God mat på restaurant og veldig flott frokost!! Bassengområdet nydelig, solsenger med tykke madrasser, det liker vi. Vi testet ikke spaet, men fikk omvisning og det var veldig flott. Eneste minus for oss var at vi savnet kaffemaskin på rommet og at nettet var litt ustabilt.
