「The hotel is very nice, clean, staff helpul etc. No complain here. However, what was very annoying was lack of any glass in the room, or cup, spoon, no kettle either. The mini fridge bar was stocked up but was I supposed to drink from bottles or cans? Same for my kids? I was told I could get hot water free of charge (hallelujah!) Could I? I didn't feel like walking in my pyjamas at 11pm looking for boiling water to make myself a tea or same at 7am for my morning coffee b4 breakfast. I ended up...
