"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Carcassonne. Family room was fabulous - clean and spacious, with a great view overlooking the street outside. The owners were welcoming and friendly, letting us leave our baggage and offering advice on the local area. Lovely breakfast with a beautiful courtyard outside. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, thank you for a wonderful stay."

Overall I would never rated this hotel as a luxury 5 stars"
