"This was a special event made even better by the beautiful house and Monica's great cooking and hosting. Stunning views and beautiful rooms. Monica welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed, she couldn't have been nicer. We also arranged for her to cook a celebration meal one night which was exceptional, genuine local products, her own cheese and a real flavour of Tuscan cookery. I can't recommend this place and Monica enough. "

"The property is divided into a cottage and two large apartments, making it perfect for multi-generational family holidays. Great infinity pool, all at one depth. Air con is in hallways and communal areas, rather than bedrooms, but works effectively. Beautiful gardens and BBQ area. "Advertised as a stay in castle, given an apartment outside the castle at the car park! Last night of stay and the next morning No hot water! "The Leoni Villa is the perfect spot for a family vacation. There were 14 of us from 2 years old to 65 years old and we all had a great time! The rooms are great as well as the grounds which offers lemon, plum and olive trees. The Villa also has a spectacular pool with great views.
