"The staff were helpful and friendly. Asmina helped me from checking-in, requests during my one night stay, and through check-out. She always had a welcoming demeanor at all times. The location is great! - just a few minutes from the Markt. The room had the amenities you need, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had adequate space. If you need an iron, they will bring it to you separately. The hotel was quiet. I did not eat at the restaurant nor use the bar. I would recommend staying here."
