Staff were excellent. Nicole helped us arrange aa all day tour of Ypres area which saved us a lot of travel expense. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Great place to stay!

Great hotel, great location!!

This hotel was in a great area, a few blocks from the Markt. Very comfortable room and very well appointed. There were a lot of nice touches. There was a breakfast available for 20 euros, but we didn’t partake. We would definitely stay here again.

Biskarjer was perfect for my stay. Local to most of what Brugge has to offer and a very neat, well fashioned and clean hotel, with welcoming and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel and staff.Room was small, but fine for 2 nights.Nicely decorated, good air con and coffee machine with pods. Safe in the room. We could get BBC 1. Only a couple of minutes walk to main square, but in a very quiet street. Breakfast was perfect, smoked salmon, hot eggs and bacon, freshly squeezed orange and even prosecco if you wanted it. Only niggles were the little wall lamps at headheight over the bed which were difficult to avoid. Also the pillows were a bit small.

The Hotel Biskajer is a wonderful couples hotel. Our room was great. The furnishings are elegant. The bed was comfortable We loved that the windows and ceiling fan provided great circulation. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly We plan to come back

Great place to stay.

This is a lovely hotel about 5 minutes walk from the very centre. Check in was efficient and the little box of chocolates was a lovely touch. The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious. The hotle doesn't offer evening meals but the choice nearby is varied and would satisfy most preferences. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice of warm and cold buffet. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We have stayed in many hotels in Bruges and this was as good as we have experienced. I wish we could have stayed longer. I will stay again if i return to Bruges.

The best small hotel. You won’t be disappointed!!

This was absolutely the best small quaint hotel we have stayed in. I believe they have under 20 rooms and each one is beautifully wallpapered and furnished impeccably. It was so comfortable that you almost didn’t want to leave your room but Brugge is a delightful town that you have to see. A true chocolate box. Their location is perfect. In the middle of an area near canals and a few blocks from the center of old town. They serve a great breakfast and there are other numerous choices to eat close by. Next door is an amazing local restaurant where on a beautiful day you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the canals. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable even giving you a map with all the local top attractions. They all speak English which is helpful for those of us who don’t speak the language.
