Lovely, helpful staff. Stayed with my 8 year old son. Pool is really good, 1.2 meter depth and life guards super friendly and nice. Fatalities very good and the breakfast had loads of choice. 200KW EV charging points are excellent. Would certainly stay again.

Brilliant hotel for a city break in Brussels

Brilliant hotel in a great location, a short bus ride from the centre of Brussels. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was warm, comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping come daily to change towels and bedding, we could not fault this hotel.

Great stay! Cozy bed and good sized bathroom. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The bar staff was nice and chatted with us for a while. I booked this hotel as the final stretch on my vacation in Europe. The hotel was clean, the surrounding are is a bit sketchy (just a little) but all in all safe. Plenty of places to eat and there is even an Aldi nearby. I loved my room and the view out the window. Complimentary water and airport shuttle was very appreciated.

We had a pleasant stay here. The location wasn't very convenient but the free shuttle to the airport was very helpful (there were too many people who needed to go to the airport so they offered a free taxi ride instead). The breakfast was very very good, and the room was very clean.

I like the fact that the majority of the room floors are not carpet. Makes it feel cleaner. I suggest that the carpet at the entrance be replaced as well. Otherwise it was lovely.

Comfortable, excellent service, incredibly clean

The interior decor of the communal areas of the hotel is a little dated (in the corridors for example), but the rooms are modern, bright and well appointed. My room was extremely clean and the water pressure in the shower was just great, the shower was also HUGE! The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room service was delicious.
