Clean room, nice facilities. Lobby gets very crowded during check ins/check outs. Ground floor cafe never appeared to be open outside of breakfast. Family mart at ground floor and Lawsons very close by. Nice views from gym & wellness suite on top floor

Comfortable stay for 2 nights at Gardens Cabin in the deluxe capsule. Comfortable bed and well designed capsule. The temperature was rather overly warm for me and there’s no way of adjusting this so just be aware. Breakfast was decent, otherwise the attached 7-11 is very convenient. Overall it was ...

Clean room, has all kinds of amenities, safe and secure, close to downtown. Only that the noise control is rather weak. But indeed a 5 star experience!

Airport is new and clean. We didn't have time to explore Chitose, but this stay at Terminal hotel was very pleasant
