"全体にキレイで使いやすかったです。 一部屋の人数シミュレーションがあると、分かりやすかったかもしれません。 宿の方に直接連絡しましたが、宿の名前が見つけ辛くて大変だったことを話しましたが、受け入れる気持ちゼロで却下されたことは、とても残念です。 料金を受け取っても連絡を頂けず、お金さえ貰えたら良いのかな⁈という、気持ちになりました。 お水が置いてありましたが、15人で宿泊するのに、メモも無く500mlが8本しかなく、どう使って良いか⁈悩みました。"

"Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."
