"The room was clean and tidy. Service was excellent including welcome feelings from Front Office Layla and the Concierge staff seeing us off. Both were professional and supportive to offer us help without prompt.
There was a drunken guest shouting and yelling on Day 2 @11pm and I immediately called the enquiry to ask what has happened. We didn't expect the front desk staff had a record of this and gave us a box of chocolate to apologize. Attention to details and I plan to come back again to stay. "

"The hotel was very beautifully decorated with accommodating and friendly staff. The room was decorated with modern decor and was clean. The breakfast had lots of options of both western and Chinese food with a variety of options for vegetarians too. The pool was clean and spacious."
"Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Thoughtful amenities in room - even has Chinese herbal tea sachets. Rooms are quiet even though next to main road. Not very close to subway though but u was using taxi most times so not an issue"
