8.8/10 Excellent! (1,579 reviews)
The room was 80 degrees upon arrival and smelled like cigs. I didn’t plan to be there long so I turned AC to 65 and left for drinks and just to see the city a bit. 2 hours later I came back still 80 so I went and let the front desk know. They apparently did nothing. So after coming in from my concert at 2AM the room was still 80 degrees and burning hot. Finally around 3am after calling the front desk this time they sent someone who messed with the ac for 30 minutes before saying ya it’s not going to work. Around 4AM I got into a new room to shower and sleep for a few hours finally. -10/10. This had to be the worst most stressful hotel stay I’ve had. All to save $10-20 over something much nicer.
