「The Leola Hotel was a great place to stay! I was in Lagos for a tour, which introduced me to the hotel. I extended my stay a few days there because of the wonderful staff, particularly the restaurant staff: Joy, Charles, Vincent, Emeka, Agbaje, Raphael, and other names I can't recall. Friendly, helpful, respectful front desk, door and security staff. Beautiful Infinity pool! I will definitely stay there when I return to Lagos. Oh, how can I forget the delicious breakfast buffets!」

「Amazing place, just that the outside doesn't match the inside's look, the hotel staff just need to learn how to allow customers to order without them standing over them for payment, apar from that the room was amazingly cleaner than most 5-star hotels I have been to so far. Hoping to lodge there again soon」

「I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!」

「Great location near a lot of shopping stores. Close to the international airport. Double standard room was too small and had to pay more for an upgrade. The hotel could not find the booking when we arrived. Left and came back after calling Expedia. 」
