"I had a perfect stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to make everything comfortable—friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again! I don’t remember her name but the girl at the reception for check in was beyond sweet and nice! Book this hotel! "

"I would book again, esp. for business trips. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and in a very convenient position, not far from the Stazione Centrale and from the yellow Metro stop (Repubblica). Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner just around the corner. Breakfast satisfying, maybe a little messy but it can happen. A/C very fresh (almost cold!), which was of course quite welcome in the scorching hot weather - same goes for the free mini-bar in the room. Loved the shower gel brand :)"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, appreciating the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the delightful restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet. Everything was truly amazing. The only area that could benefit from some attention is the corridors, which appear not to have been renovated yet. Additionally, the cleaning products used in the room had a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of a hospital. I believe there are excellent products available that could be used to enhance the experience with a more pleasant scent. I certainly plan to return to this hotel on my next trip, as its location in Milan is superb."
